Our company has worked with clients who have million plus condos that are under 1,000 square feet and they receive equal results as those to a large condominium.
The picture on top shows the Kitchen Remodeling portion of the whole condo renovation. The LED recessed ceiling lights are placed accordingly to the flow of kitchen. We even factored in work areas to reduce shadows. Even without the lights, the kitchen adds so much brightness to the entire remodeling project.
Above we show the dining room. Take notice of the lighting fixture with Edison bulbs to give it a modern retro feel. The LED recessed lights are used well here too. They are strategically placed on dimmers to ensure lighting for any mood.
And following below we move to office part of the project. The goal was to have a simplistic environment for a clear workspace to have a clear mind when doing some office work.
And now we move over to the bathroom remodel portion of the renovation project. Notice how the window casing, window stool, and baseboard all tie together. The wall sconces tie into the modern-retro theme.

Emerald Construction has renewed our confidence in local contractors here in south Ft. Myers. We met with Emerald Construction several times prior to contracting their services. We were impressed with his due diligence, professionalism, and attention to details.
